Where are the brushes and tools manufactured?

All of Penelope Pink’s products are manufactured in China. 

Do the brushes contain animal hair?

No, Penelope Pink’s brushes are made from synthetic fibers. 

Do you have any makeup products?

We currently have 4 shades of lip pencils and are working on offering more affordable makeup products!


Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product arrived damaged or defective, please Contact Customer Service

How long does shipping take? 

Please allow 1-3 days for processing and an additional 3-7 days for shipping. 

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please be sure to check your shipping address before your order is placed. Once your order is processed, we are unable to edit shipping addresses. Please Contact Customer Service immediately, to see if we can change the address before processing is finished. Please include your Full Name, Order Number, Email, Incorrect Address and the New Address. 

My package never got delivered, what do I do? 

Penelope Pink is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit. Please Contact Customer Service to help create a claim with the shipping provider.

Do you ship to my country?

Penelope Pink is currently only shipping within the USA. If you would like to request shipment to your country, please Contact Customer Service, to submit a request.
